Barcelona: 25th June 2008: Easy Drive s.r.l of Barcelona has been appointed the exclusive distributor of E-Z-GO industrial vehicles in Spain. The new agreement with the European distributor of this well known and respected US brand, runs concurrently with their existing distributor agreement for E-Z-GO golf cars and utility vehicles. E-Z-GO is a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company.

E-Z-GO offers an extensive range of products for the industrial and commercial sectors. For over 50 years the E-Z-GO brand has been synonymous with the design of tough, dependable and innovative industrial vehicles. All E-Z-GO electric industrial vehicles are certified by the EU and adapted to perform to European standards of efficiency, quality and respect for the environmental. They are designed to consume less energy; they require minimal maintenance making them cost-effective to operate.
